Important Notice: By accessing or using the arbaji website and mobile platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and conditions below. These terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use this platform.
01 General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") establish a legally binding agreement between the arbaji platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). arbaji is an online gaming platform operated for the Bangladesh market, offering sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and slots.
These terms take effect from the moment you complete registration on the platform. arbaji reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time. If you continue using the platform after amended terms are published on the website, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms.
These terms are written in English and apply to Bangladeshi users. In the event of any dispute or question of interpretation, the English version shall be considered final.
02 Eligibility and Age Requirements
The following eligibility conditions must be met to participate on the arbaji platform:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is open only to those aged 21 or above.
- Legal Capacity: You must have the capacity to enter into a legally valid agreement.
- Multiple Accounts Prohibited: Each individual may operate only one account.
- Registration Under Your Own Identity: You must register using your own real identity and information.
- Not a Prohibited Person: Anyone previously expelled or banned by arbaji may not register.
Age Verification for 21+: At the time of registration or at any time thereafter, arbaji may request a government-issued identity document (National ID card, passport) to verify your age. Withdrawals may be held until age verification is complete.
03 Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
When registering on the arbaji platform, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Registering with false or incorrect information is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for any activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3.3 KYC Verification
To ensure a safe and transparent environment, arbaji follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount, the following documents may be requested to verify your identity:
- Scan copy of National ID (NID) or passport
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used
If KYC verification is not completed, arbaji reserves the right to temporarily delay the withdrawal process.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at arbaji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
- Deposits are only accepted from a payment method operated in the name of the registered account holder.
- Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.
- Successful deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
- In some cases there may be a slight delay in processing due to transaction verification.
4.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit.
- All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- For unusual or suspicious withdrawals, arbaji may request additional verification.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned using a bonus are withdrawable subject to wagering requirements being met.
05 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
arbaji offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Or, depositing ৳12,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means that until the total amount obtained by multiplying the bonus amount by 15 has been wagered, funds cannot be withdrawn from the bonus.
- The amount activated for a bonus to meet the wagering requirement must be completed within a specified time limit.
- Some specific games may count at a different rate toward meeting the wagering requirement — this will be noted in the bonus details.
- If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited.
- It is not possible to claim multiple bonuses at the same time unless separately stated in the bonus terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage (a strategy of profiting from bonuses at low risk) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
06 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Sports betting, cricket betting (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, live casino, and slot games are available on the arbaji platform. All bets are accepted only when there is sufficient balance in the account.
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
- For bets affected by technical issues, you must contact our support team for reconsideration.
- arbaji reserves the right to cancel bets placed on odds displayed due to incorrect or incomplete information.
6.2 Game Results
The results of all games are determined by the Random Number Generator (RNG) technology of each game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.). arbaji does not manipulate results. Any dispute regarding game results must be submitted in writing within 24 hours.
6.3 Live Sports Betting
Live in-play betting is conducted based on real-time events. arbaji will not be responsible for any bet affected by internet delays or connection issues.
07 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts by the same individual
- Registering under another person's identity or using their information
- Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
- Operating games using bots, automated software, or artificial means
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
- Making deposits with illicit or stolen funds
- Any attempt to manipulate gaming results
- Attempting to deceive arbaji staff with false information
- Attempting to harass or harm other members
If any of the above violations are detected, arbaji reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.
08 Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Account Closure by arbaji
arbaji reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
- Registration with false or misleading information
- Failure or non-cooperation with KYC verification
- Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns
- Self-restriction request under the responsible gaming policy
8.2 Account Closure by the User
You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Before closing the account, all active bets must be settled and the remaining balance may be withdrawn subject to wagering requirements being met.

- Unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence
- Services being restricted due to changes in government regulation or law

11 Changes and Amendments
arbaji reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify registered members by email or by displaying a notice on the platform.
Amended terms will take effect from the date of publication. Continuing to use the platform after publication will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to any change, contact our support team to close your account.
